Cancellation and Refund Policy – Orange Hues
At Orange Hues, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
🛑 Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at orangehuesstudio@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- After Dispatch:
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery if the product qualifies under our return policy.
- Orange Hues reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues ,unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Exchanges: The valid exchanges and replacement will be delivered in 6 to 7 working days.
💸 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
- Damaged or Defective Product Received or Wrong Product Shipped
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email with unboxing images or videos.
- For approved returns, refunds will not be issued as money payments. Eligible for a replacement or the value of the product will be credited to your Orange Hues account as store credit.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases and will remain valid for all time.
- Order Cancelled Before Dispatch
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds for the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Slight color variation due to screen resolution or lighting
- Customized or altered products
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
🔁 Refund Process Timeline
- Refund will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
